Competency requirements of future logisticians

This project is a collaboration between HAN, SAMK and HOGENT.

The field of Logistics and SCM is developing rapidly. To prosper in such environments, companies require employees with up-to-date knowledge and skills. This project examines the competency requirements of bachelor graduates in logistics based on current and expected trends and developments in logistics.

The obtained insights can be used to develop logistics educational programs and curricula accordingly. Students from HAN, SAMK and HOGENT collaborated in this project through student assignments. The findings were combined for further analysis and reported in an professional article in Logistiek+. Click here to read the article.
